1 cup bisquick
1/4 cup water or milk
Mix together and spread in lightly greased 10" pie plate. Bake at 350 F for 15min.
Layer in order over bisquick:
16 oz. can refried beans
1 lb meat lightly browned
1 cup thick salsa
Bake another 15-20 minutes. Top with 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Let melt in the hot oven.
